Listen, if Keith goes to take the Galra emperor title, his life will be with the Galra. He and Shiro would have to part ways.
He still went to Kerberos but BOM found out that the empire was going near the blue lion so they put a BOM member on the ship that captured him and the Holts. So they stayed captured for like one day before the BOM member busted them all out and they went back to Earth, they found Blue yadda yadda yadda and when Allura assigned lions 20/21yo Shiro got Red ❤️
